Ingredients required to make Potato Idli-

Potatoes 2 large

Semolina 1 cup

Curd ½ cup

Oil 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds 1 tsp

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Chironji 1 tbsp

Cashew nuts 10-12

Curry leaves (chopped) 7-8 green

Chilies 2

Salt 1 tsp

Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 2 tbsp

Eno 2 tsp

Garlic ¼ cup

Mustard Seeds ½ tsp

Chana Dal ½ tsp

Urad Dal ½ tsp Curry

Leaves 4-5

Salt 1 tsp

How to make Potato Idli?

To make potato idli, first of all, put oil in a pan and heat it.

Then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilies, and chironji.

After this, fry all these things well for about 30 seconds.

Then put rava in it and fry it on a medium flame for about 2 minutes.

After this, peel the potatoes well and cut them into pieces.

Then make it puree and prepare it.

After this, you put potato puree in rava.

Then you put curd, salt, and coriander leaves in it.

After this, mix all these things and keep them for about 10 minutes to set.

Then you put about 2 teaspoons of Eno in it and mix it with light hands and keep it for a while.

After this, grease the idli stand well with ghee.

Then you put the batter in it and steam it for about 15 minutes.
