Ingredients – Raw peanuts, tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander leaves, ghee, rock salt, chopped cucumber, lemon juice.
Method of making
- First of all dry roast the peanuts. Which will take at least 6 to 8 minutes. After this let it cool for some time. After it cools down, rub it with your hands and separate its peels.
- Add some ghee to the pan. After this, add a little cumin, coriander powder, a little black pepper, and then roasted peanuts.
- Now take out these peanuts in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, finely chopped cucumber, green chilies, rock salt, and lemon juice.
