Honey 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
How to make Moringa tea?
To make Moringa tea, first of all, take a pan.
Then add 1.5 cups of water and half a teaspoon of moringa powder in it.
After this, you boil it well till it reduces to half.
Then you turn off the gas and filter the tea in a cup.
After this, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to it.
Then mix it well and consume it.
Now Moringa tea is ready for your flat tummy.
If you consume it regularly daily, then the fat stored in the stomach starts reducing.
