Makhana 3 cups

Tomatoes 2 cups chopped

Ginger 1 tbsp

Oil 4 tbsp

Coriander powder 2 tsp

Red chili powder ½ tsp

Green peas or frozen peas ¼ cup

Cashew nuts ¼ cup

Garam masala ¼ tsp

Coriander leaves ¼ cup chopped

Asafoetida 1 pinch

How to make Kaju Matar Makhana?

To make Cashew Matar Makhana, first of all, take a pan.

Then put about 3 spoons of oil in it and keep it for heating.

After this, put the butter in it and fry it lightly and take it out in a bowl.

Then prepare a puree by grinding tomatoes, cashews, and ginger in a mixie.
