Ingredients required to make jaggery pancake-
3 cups jaggery
2 teaspoons green cardamom powder
1 handful of grated coconut
4 cups wheat flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup ghee
How to make Jaggery Pan Cake?
To make a jaggery pancake, you first boil water in a pan by adding jaggery.
Then you put milk, cardamom powder, wheat flour, and grated jaggery in a bowl.
After this, mix all these things well.
Then add water little by little to this mixture and mix it well.
