Ingredients needed to make Garlic-Ginger Soup-

2-inch piece ginger

8-10 garlic

2 tsp cornflour

1/2 piece carrot

1 tsp coriander leaves

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp butter

salt to taste

How to make Garlic-Ginger Soup?

To make Garlic-Ginger Soup, first of all, take ginger and carrot.

Then wash them and cut them into fine pieces.

After this, peel the garlic and crush it a little bit.

Then put butter in a pan and melt it on medium heat.

After this, add ginger and garlic to it and fry for a minute.

Then add chopped carrots to it and fry for about 2 minutes.

After that add water as required and boil it for about 5 minutes.

Then add salt as per taste and mix it.

After this, make a batter by adding cornflour and a little water to a utensil.

Then pour this solution into the pan and mix it well.

After this, you cook the soup for about 10 minutes till it becomes thick.
