Ingredients for making brinjal pakoras-

5 to 6 pieces of brinjal cleanly washed

Gram flour

Salt

Turmeric

Garam masala,

Red chili,

Vegetable spice

Method of making brinjal fritters-

1. To make brinjal fritters, first of all, take 3 cups of gram flour in a pan. Then add little water to it and whisk it well.

2. After making a thick paste of gram flour, add salt according to taste. Then add some turmeric and garam masala.

3. Now wash all the brinjals cleanly with water. After that cut it into long pieces one by one.

4. After this add chopped red chillies, cumin, and coriander powder to gram flour paste. If you want, add some crushed ginger too.

5. Now put oil in a pan for frying the pakoras and heat it on the gas.

6. Then wrap each brinjal piece in gram flour and put it in the pan.

7. Fry them well on low flame.

8. Fry it till it becomes light golden and then take it out on a plate.

9. Now enjoy the brinjal pakoras with green coriander chutney.
