1/2 liter milk
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp dry fruits
1 cup beetroot grated
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup rice
How to make beetroot pudding?
To make beetroot kheer, first of all, put milk in a pan and keep it boiling.
Then when the milk boils, add rice to it and cook for a while.
After this, put some ghee in a pan and heat it.
After this, add grated beetroot to it and fry for a while.
Then you put roasted beetroot in milk and cook for about 10 minutes.
After this, add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix it well.
