1½ cup beetroot chunks
1 tomato chopped
1 carrot chopped (optional)
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp cream
7-8 mint leaves
2 cups water
Salt to taste
How to make beetroot soup?
To make beetroot soup, first of all, take a beetroot.
Then wash it, peel it, and cut it into pieces.
After this, wash garlic cloves, carrots, and tomatoes and chop them finely.
Then put 1 spoon of butter in a pressure cooker and heat it.
After this, add bay leaves and fry till the aroma comes.
Then you add garlic, ginger piece and saute for a while.
After this, put beetroot pieces in it and cook for about 1 minute while stirring.
Then put carrots, tomatoes, and salt as per taste in a pressure cooker.
After this, cook all these things while stirring for about 2 minutes.
Then put 2 cups of water in it and cook till about 3-4 whistles.
After this, turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker release on its own.
Then you take out the cooked vegetables and prepare a smooth paste by putting them in a blender.
After this, put the prepared beetroot paste in a nonstick pan.
Then put the remaining water in the cooker and let it cook till it starts boiling.
After this, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder to it and mix.
