Ingredients required to make fig kheer-

14-15 figs

1-liter milk

5-6 shark

10-12 almonds

10-12 cashews

8-10 almonds soaked

8-10 pistachios soaked

1/4 tsp saffron threads

4-5 green cardamom

2 tsp almonds

slivered 1 cup condensed Milk

2 tsp Desi ghee

Sugar or jaggery as per taste

How to make Anjeer Kheer?

To make fig kheer, first, wash the figs and cut them into pieces.

Then put 2 spoons of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

After this, add pieces of figs to it and fry while stirring on low flame.

Then you pour milk into a deep bottom vessel.

After this, you put fried figs in it and keep it soaked for about 4 to 5 hours.

After this, put ghee in a pan and fry the pieces of almonds.

Then add dry fruits to it and fry while stirring for about 1 to 2 minutes.

After this, grind the cardamom and roasted things in a mixer after they cool down a bit.

After this, put the figs soaked in milk in the mixer and grind them.

Then put the remaining dry fruits in desi ghee and fry them.

After this, put the remaining milk in a pan and boil it.

Then you put fig paste in it and cook while stirring continuously.

After that add condensed milk and boil it on low flame.

Then add sugar as per taste and mix it well.

After this, put saffron in two spoons of milk in a bowl and soak it.

Then you pour this saffron milk into the kheer and mix it well.

After this, cover the kheer and cook it for about 5 minutes and turn off the gas.

Now your taste and nutrition-rich fig kheer are ready.

Then serve garnished with pistachio slices and fig pieces.
