Along with this, if there are diseases related to teeth or gums then there is the highest risk of bad smell from the mouth. The most common gum disease is gingivitis, which causes decay in the gums. By eliminating these diseases, smell from the mouth can be removed.
How to remove bad breath
If there are diseases related to gums or teeth, treat them immediately. Apart from all this, if you want that there should be no bad breath, then do not wait for the disease to happen, but know how to prevent it before that. First of all, brush twice a day. At least about two minutes each. It is important to clean the tongue. Use antibacterial mouthwash that is alcohol free. Move the brush up and down on the teeth and not in the horizontal direction. Drink adequate amount of water. Get regular dental checkups. To increase saliva in the mouth, chew sugar-free chewing gum occasionally. Along with this, he also kept chewing cloves sometimes.
