Due to lack of exercise, our body is not able to control the sugar level. Due to this, the sugar level in the blood increases, which can cause diabetes. Because of this you can also become a victim of obesity.

Due to increase in the amount of cholesterol, the arteries of our heart become narrow, which causes problems in blood flow. Due to this, pressure starts increasing due to blood flow in the arteries, due to which the problem of hypertension can occur.

In a stroke , your brain cells do not get oxygen and they start dying, which causes nerve damage. One reason for this could be hypertension, which is caused by an inactive lifestyle. Due to this, a vein in the brain can burst and bleeding starts.

How can you make your lifestyle active?

  • You can go for a walk for 30 minutes every day.
  • Use stairs instead of lift.
  • Instead of talking on the phone while sitting in the office, talk while walking.
  • If you have a pet, go for a walk with it.
  • Take breaks from time to time in the office and walk around for 5-10 minutes.
  • Exercise for 25-30 minutes daily.
  • Instead of watching TV or playing video games at home, do some physical activity.
