- The main reason is diet. Women who do not eat meat, or eggs and do not drink milk suffer from Vitamin B12 deficiency.
- Due to its deficiency, hands and legs may become numb, and symptoms like fatigue, loss of appetite, difficulty in walking, yellowness of skin and eyes, and headache may occur.
