Generally, if cancer is detected after recognizing the symptoms, then doctors start its treatment. Treatment also depends on what stage the cancer has reached. In this, treatment is mainly done through radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgery, hormone therapy, and medicine. If you want that you do not get breast cancer, then you should check your breasts regularly. For this, touch the breast and check whether there is any lump. If you see this, consult a doctor immediately. Apart from this, lose weight, eat a healthy diet, be physically active, make lifestyle changes, and do regular exercise.
