There are only a few days left for this year to end, so in the joy of the New Year, many people take a pledge to give priority to their health. There is no shortcut to living a long and healthy life. However, some factors within our control can help extend our life span and improve our health.

1- Adopt plant-based

5- Maintain social connectedness

Social connectedness means having good relations with the people around you. This is important for better health and long life. A person remains stress-free by maintaining good relations with the people around him and his relatives. According to a study, people who are socially connected have an increased chance of living longer than those who live alone.
