To avoid eating processed food, you can keep healthy snacks like makhana, and mixed trail with you, so that you will not eat unhealthy food from outside when you have cravings.

Adopt an active lifestyle- reduce screen time, go out, take a walk, and play your favorite outdoor game. This will make your lifestyle active and your calories will also burn.
