Constipation and Acidity: The wrong habits related to our changing lifestyle are affecting our health and its biggest effect is seen on our stomach and digestion. If the stomach is not clean early in the morning, then problems like stomach pain, bloating, and gas are felt throughout the day. But if this problem of not clearing the stomach persists daily, then it is called constipation. In such a situation, if you also sit in the washroom for hours in the morning and still your stomach is not clean, then you should adopt some methods.

That's why the problem of constipation

1. Not having a sufficient amount of fiber in the daily diet (Fiber Deficiency), consuming more milk-cheese, meat, etc.

2. Dehydration i.e. lack of water in the body, not drinking a sufficient amount of water daily

3. Not exercising, sitting in the same place throughout the day

4. Consuming high calcium antacids or other pain medicines

The stomach becomes clean by adopting these methods-

Eat foods with fiber

The digestive system works faster by consuming more fiber. Therefore, include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, oats, barley, nuts, pulses, etc. in your diet. If you want, you can also consume Isabgol for constipation.

Cumin and celery

Spices can help in removing the problem of constipation. Roast cumin and carom seeds on low flame and then grind them. Add black salt to it. All three things should be in equal quantity. Consume half a teaspoon of this powder daily with lukewarm water. By doing this the stomach will be clean.

Raisins or raisins

Consuming Raisin which is a big form of Raisin also gives relief in constipation. Soak 8 to 10 raisins in water at night and take out its seeds in the morning, boil the raisins mixed with milk and eat.

Drink water

Constipation occurs due to dehydration, so drink a sufficient amount of water.
