Eat these foods during the change in weather
Moong Sprouts- According to nutritionist Lavneet Batra, sprouts must be included in the diet when there is a seasonal change. During the sprouting process, the amount of vitamins and minerals in it increases even more. Because of this, the amount of magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, and vitamin K is very high in sprouts. Along with this, antioxidants are also abundant in it. Antioxidants like copper, iron, and zinc work to protect the body from bacteria and diseases.

Foods rich in Vitamin C- Since the body does not produce Vitamin C on its own, it becomes more important that we consume foods that are rich in Vitamin C. For this, you should include orange, amla, capsicum, tomato, and cruciferous vegetables in your diet, especially during the changing season.

Curd- Consuming curd is also beneficial. The 'good bacteria naturally present in fermented probiotics and natural sources like yogurt, help boost your immunity. This improves your body's ability to stay protected during flu season.
