Dont Take These Things With Curd: Generally people know that fish should not be eaten with curd or milk should not be eaten with fish. However, there are many such things which should not be eaten with curd during the rainy season. Rain is such a season in which the risk of contamination of many foods becomes very high. The moisture increases in the rainy season due to which micro-organisms stick to the food. Although curd is full of many nutrients. Curd is filled with calcium, protein, iodine, potassium, phosphorus etc. The treasure of good bacteria is hidden in curd. Despite all this, eating curd mixed with some things can cause harm.

What not to eat with curd
1. Consumption of curd with tea- According to TOI news, curd should not be consumed immediately after drinking tea. This leads to a reaction between the tannin compound present in the tea and the lactic acid present in the curd, which can cause stomach pain.

2. Consuming eggs with curd – Consuming eggs with curd is also considered prohibited. Both egg and curd are a great source of protein. According to Ayurveda, both are anti-diet. That's why consuming egg and curd together can cause harm.

3. Consuming curd with fish – Plenty of protein, many types of vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids etc. are found in fish, while curd is also a great source of protein. But both contain different types of proteins. Consumption of curd and fish together is considered prohibited in Ayurveda. Both are called anti-diet. Although there is no major study about this in medical science, but it has been said that if someone already has an allergy problem, then eating curd with fish can cause skin related problems.

4. Consumption of curd with mango - Mango should not be eaten along with curd. The lactic acid in curd starts reacting with the compound present in mango, due to which a lot of gas starts to form. This causes flatulence, due to which there is a problem of digestion. This can cause rashes on the skin. Toxin can also be formed by eating both together.

5. Consumption of curd with oily food- Eating curd with more fried things can cause harm. Curd should not be consumed with parathas, bhaturas, puris, etc. containing too much oil or ghee. Due to this, there is a problem of digestion and legginess is felt throughout the day.
