2 cups broken vermicelli, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped potato, 1 finely chopped tomato, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 5 to 6 curry leaves, half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt as per taste. 4 teaspoons oil

Do not stir it too much and squeeze lemon in it before closing the pan. After this, serve the salty vermicelli. If you wish, you can use dry fruits and vegetables of your choice in it. Instead of oil, you can also make it in ghee.
