Masoor Dal Chilla

Lentils are light, which means they are easily digested. After eating this, problems like acidity and gas do not bother you. Also, due to the presence of fibre, there is no constipation . Masoor dal is the solution to many problems ranging from weakness to blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol. Even this lentil is used to enhance facial glow.

Healthy recipe of masoor dal

Ingredients - Masoor dal - 2 cups, Green chillies - 2 to 3, Onion - medium size, Gram flour - 2 tablespoons, Black salt - as per taste, Green coriander - a handful.

Make masoor dal cheela like this

To make cheela, first soak the lentils for two hours.

- After two hours, grind the lentils in a mixer and make a thick paste.

-Put masoor dal paste in a big bowl . Add gram flour to it and beat it well so that there are no lumps.

-Then add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green coriander, green chilli and black salt as per taste.

-Now heat a non-stick pan and with the help of a big spoon, pour the batter into it and give it the shape of cheela. Cook until golden on both sides.

- Prepare all the cheelas in the same way and serve with your favorite chutney.
