1. Natural tea drinks- It is made by mixing herbs like ginger, turmeric, mint, lemon grass in a way. This drink boosts immunity and accelerates metabolism. This strengthens the digestive power and increases the production of bile. This bile helps in burning fat faster.

Method of preparation- To make this drink, take 100 grams of dry ginger, 5 grams of mint, 10 grams of turmeric, and 5 grams of lemongrass. After this, boil all these together and then filter it and consume it early in the morning. The effect will be visible within a month.

2. Immunity Drinks- A mixture of some fruits and herbs is made in immunity drinks. For this, take 50 grams beetroot, 50 grams carrot, 10 grams ginger, 10 grams turmeric, and 100 ml orange juice. Method of preparation- To make this drink, take 50 grams of ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, half a teaspoon of ground chili seeds, and 2 red chilies. Grind them all together coarsely in a mixer and keep them aside. After this, heat 2 spoons of ghee in a frying pan and add mustard seeds to it. Fry it for some time. After this, put curry leaves in it mix coarsely ground spices, and fry till the aroma comes. Add a little turmeric powder and 750 ml water to it. Let it boil. You can also add salt to it. Cool it, filter it, and consume it early in the morning.
