Ingredients needed to make gond laddoos-
1 cup gum (edible)
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp pistachios
2 tbsp watermelon seeds
1 cup desi ghee
1 cup sugar
How to make gond laddoos?
To make gond laddoos, first of all, cut all the dry fruits into fine pieces.
After this, put desi ghee in a thick bottom pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then put gum in it and deep fry till it turns golden.
After this, take out the gond on a plate and keep it cool.
Then when it cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
After this, put some ghee in a pan and heat it again.
Then add flour to it and roast it on medium heat till it turns light brown.
After this, add coarsely ground gum, dry fruits, and watermelon seeds to this flour and roast it while stirring.
Then you turn off the gas and leave the mixture to cool.
After this, add sugar powder as per taste and mix it well.
Then make laddoos of the prepared mixture and keep them on a plate.
Now your gond laddoos full of taste and nutrition are ready.
