Ingredients needed to make Palak Makhana-

Spinach 600 grams

Makhana 2 cups

Tomato 2

Cinnamon 1 inch

Cumin 1 teaspoon

Green chili 2

Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Salt as per taste

Garam masala 1 teaspoon

Oil 4 tbsp

How to make Palak Makhana?

To make Palak Makhana, first, wash and clean the spinach thoroughly.

Then chop the spinach finely and leave it to dry.

After this, put 2 spoons of oil in a cooker and heat it.

Then add one spoon of cumin, salt, and spinach to it and boil it for two whistles.

After this, turn off the gas and leave the spinach to cool down.

Then when the spinach cools down completely, grind it in a mixer and make spinach puree.

After this, put some ghee in a pan and heat it.

Then you put Makhana in it and fry it lightly and take it out in a utensil.

After this, put a little more oil in the same pan and heat it.

Then add a piece of cinnamon, ground tomato, and green chili paste and fry it for about 5 minutes.

After this, add all the spices like coriander powder, salt and garam masala, etc. to it.

Then fry all the spices well on low flame for about 5 minutes.

After this, add 1 cup of water to it and cook for about 2 minutes.

Then add spinach paste and makhana to it and mix.

After this, cook it on low flame for about 10 minutes and turn off the gas.
