Curd 1/2 cup
Beetroot puree 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 2 teaspoons
Green onions 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Asafoetida ½ tsp

Black salt ½ tsp
Roasted cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
Urad Dal 2 tbsp
Little green chili
Curry leaves a little

To make beetroot dip, first of all, strain the curd thoroughly.
Then you keep it in a sieve for at least half an hour to filter.
After this, you put beetroot puree in curd.
Then add all the spices to it and mix well.
After this, put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it for tempering.
Then add 2 teaspoons mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon asafoetida, 2 teaspoons urad dal, and 5-7 curry leaves and fry it.
