It is very important to start your morning on a good note to stay upbeat throughout the day. Jump out of bed
Many people have this habit that when the alarm rings, they jump out of bed and run to finish their work. This should not be done at all. Some stretching is essential in the morning
Light stretching in the morning is essential to energize your body after a good night's rest. You can also do this in bed. After the routine, it would be better to take deep breaths under the open sky in a fresh mood and stretch every part of the body. By doing this you will feel fresh throughout the day. If you get involved in work without stretching then it can harm your body. Start your day with exercise, and meditation.

Do not use a mobile phone as soon as you open your eyes
If you also start your day with mobile and social media, then this habit takes a toll on your body and mind. Try to start the new day by planning today itself. It prepares you mentally for the day's work.
Do not start the day with bed tea
If you also start the morning by drinking tea and coffee on an empty stomach, then it is not good for your metabolism. It harms our health in every way. Instead, drink warm water with lemon and honey. You can also have green tea in the morning. Drink tea or coffee only after breakfast.
