Replace These Things for a Healthy Lifestyle: Changing lifestyle has started proving harmful to our health. Diseases like high blood pressure, heart-related diseases, obesity, and diabetes are a sign of a bad lifestyle. Apart from this, what we eat passes through so many types of chemicals that diseases also get a chance to flourish from them. Looking at all these things, if we improve our habits a little, then our health will get a chance to be healthy, and to a large extent, we will be able to avoid diabetes and heart-related diseases.
Dietician Manpreet has given some simple formulas to adopt a healthy life. He said that by removing only 5 things from the things present in the kitchen and replacing them with alternative things, the chances of avoiding many diseases will increase.
Replace these kitchen items with alternative items
1. Cold-pressed oil instead of processed oil- Usually we use processed vegetable oil in the kitchen. Many types of chemicals and high polyunsaturated fat are used in this. Instead of this, we should use cold-pressed vegetable oil.
2. Use of jaggery or coconut sugar instead of sugar- White sugar is used in our homes. It is refined.
3. Fresh fruits instead of fruit juice- Fruit juice is not a bad thing but it contains less fiber and the amount of carbohydrates increases. Therefore it increases the risk of diabetes. That's why instead of juice, you should eat dry fruits. This will keep you healthy and your mood will also be fine.
4. Millet flour instead of refined flour - Fiber is removed from refined flour. Instead of this, use coarse-grain flour. It is easily digested and it also does not increase blood sugar.
5. Fresh vegetables instead of frozen vegetables - There is no substitute for fresh vegetables. However, we often keep pre-prepared vegetables in the freeze and use them for many days. This is the wrong way because it leads to the deficiency of nutrients present in those vegetables. Salt or sugar is also used to keep some frozen vegetables fresh for longer.
