* What came out in the research:

Let us tell you that researchers from Harvard Medicine School conducted a study on 60 thousand female nurses and in this study it was found that the nurses working at night were able to do less exercise and were eating unhealthy food, due to which their lifestyle was very bad. In such a situation, researchers say that people who work at night have 19 percent more risk of type 2 diabetes than people who work during the day.

* Their sleep cycle gets disturbed:

Research has shown that the sleep cycle of people who go till late at night and sleep during the day gets disturbed due to which the metabolic system of their body also gets disturbed due to which fat starts accumulating in their body. And causes serious diseases like type 2 diabetes. Research has found that there is a big difference in the fat metabolism of people who stay up late at night and people who wake up early in the morning.
