Red meat

Fried Foods
Deep-fried foods like onion rings, and French fries increase cholesterol. This happens because deep frying increases the calorie count of foods. But if you like to eat crunchy things then you can use olive oil in the air fryer.

Processed meat
Due to the high-fat content of hot dogs, sausages, and bacon, they contain high amounts of cholesterol and saturated fat. Instead, you can eat bacon and sausage made from turkey or chicken but consume it only in very regular quantities.

Baked Foods
If you have high cholesterol, you should not eat baked food items like cookies, cakes, or pastries. Because a lot of fatty things like butter are used in it, the amount of cholesterol in it becomes very high.
