Keep fast by drinking curd or coconut water

Consume curd or drink coconut water before fasting. Coconut water fulfills the lack of water in the body and eating curd does not make one feel more thirsty. By consuming curd or coconut water before the Nirjala fast, you will not feel thirsty during the fast.

Avoid sunlight
Due to humid heat and sunlight, the body starts to lack water and feels very thirsty. During fasting, you control the thirst, but the body feels the need for water, which if not fulfilled can lead to problems like dizziness, and headache. To avoid this, try to avoid sunlight and heat so that you do not feel too thirsty the body sweats less and the need for water is felt less.

Avoid fatigue
Fatigue is felt due to physical activity. The body demands water to reduce fatigue. If you cannot drink water during fasting, then keep physical activity low. Do not do too much hard work or tiring work. Rest so that the body remains energetic and thirst is less.

Take a bath
If you feel thirsty or feel hot and tired during fasting, then you can take a bath with slightly cold water. Bathing cools the body and thirst is reduced.
