2 cups flour
1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup chocolate cream

1 cup semolina

To make Chocolate Gujiya, first of all, put ghee in a pan.
Then put semolina in it and roast it well and take it out in a vessel.
After that add khoya, sugar and coconut, etc. and fry it and turn off the gas.
Then knead the dough well by adding flour and water as required in a utensil.
After this, make small balls of refined flour and keep them in the mold of Gujiya.
