These things will be needed for Motichoor Laddus
For this, you will need 2.5 cups gram flour, 3 cups ghee, a little baking soda, orange colour, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, two cups sugar and 2 cups water.

How to make Motichoor laddoos
First of all, you have to make a solution of boondi. For this, take gram flour in a big vessel and add orange color to it apart from baking soda. Make a paste by adding some water.

Heat ghee in a pan and then place the ladle over the oil. After this, pour the solution little by little on the ladle and rub it slowly with your hand. In this way, the batter will be able to take the shape of boondi in ghee. After cooking for some time, take it out and keep it on paper.

Now it is time to prepare sugar syrup. For this heat two cups of sugar and a little water in a pan. During this also add orange color to it. If you want, you can also put some saffron seeds in it. Keep in mind that you also have to add cardamom powder to the sugar syrup.

Your sugar syrup is ready and put the prepared boondi in it and leave it for a while. Keep in mind that the quantity of sugar syrup has to be kept less. Give the prepared batter the shape of laddoos with hands. Garnish with pistachios on it.
