The matter of concern is that exercise is considered beneficial for a healthy body, in such a situation the cases of people dying from heart disease during a workout in the gym are increasing. The question is, why are people who are alert about fitness at risk of heart disease? What is the relation between heart attack and workout? If you also go to the gym or do workouts to stay fit, then keep these things in mind.
Keep these things in mind while working out in the gym
Youths should go to the gym only after consulting a cardiologist. Youth may suffer from coronary artery disease. Therefore, do exercise according to your age and body capacity.
Nowadays, most of the youth above 22 years of age do over-exercise to build their body. Exercising more than the body's capacity can increase the risk of heart disease. Therefore, identify your capabilities and choose the right exercise for yourself based on the advice of the instructor and doctor.
People who have recently undergone heart surgery should not do heavy exercise. After surgery, such people should only walk. According to experts, you can start exercising only after at least 6 weeks of heart surgery, but for this also get permission from your doctor first.
If you work out at home or in the gym, then do breathing yoga for 5-10 minutes along with exercise 5-6 times a week. Warm up for five minutes before the workout. Then do cool-down exercises for five minutes. Start the workout only after that.
