Auspicious time of Pradosh fast
Trayodashi tithi of Ashwin month is starting from 08:49 am on 26th October. It will end the next day October 27 at 06:57 am. On the day of the Pradosh fast, Lord Shiva is worshiped during the Pradosh period, hence this fast will be observed on 26th October only.
Shiv puja time
The timing of Shiva Puja on 26th October is from 05:41 pm to 08:15 pm.
Guru pradosh puja method
On the day of Guru Pradosh, wake up in Brahma Muhurta and take a bath in the morning.
After this, wear clean clothes, remember God, and take a pledge to fast and worship.
During the evening puja, offer Belpatra, hemp, flowers, Dhatura, Ganga water, incense, lamp, scent, etc. to Bholenath.
