After this you have to fill the mobile number on which OTP will come and enter this OTP here

Then fill the captcha code appearing on the screen and login
Where two options will come in front, in which choose your state in the first and your district in the second
Now you have to choose Aadhar card to search or you can also choose any other document
Then enter the Aadhar number and click on search
After this you can know whether your Ayushman card will be made or not.
These documents are required
When you apply for Ayushman card, you need some documents. It requires the applicant's Aadhar number, residence certificate, ration card and a mobile number. If you have these documents then you will not face any problem at the time of application.
