The pickle of green chilies which increases the spiciness of the food is also very tasty. If you also like to eat green chili pickles, then you can easily prepare them at home with the help of this simple method.

Material :
250 grams of green chili
4 teaspoons black mustard
two teaspoons fenugreek seeds


1 teaspoon fennel
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
two teaspoons of lemon juice
4 teaspoon mustard oil
salt to taste

Method :
First of all, wash and dry the green chilies well and then separate their stalks.

Now with the help of a knife make slits in the middle of the chili from top to bottom.

After this, put the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating.

Now add cumin, fenugreek seeds, mustard, fennel, and cumin seeds, and fry for a minute.

After this, take out these spices on a plate, cool them, and then grind them coarsely with the help of a mixer.

Now heat mustard oil in a pan and let it become lukewarm.

After this, mix turmeric and salt as per taste in the ground spices in a bowl.

When the oil becomes slightly hot, add spices and asafoetida to it and mix well.

Now fill this spice paste little by little in the middle of the chili and then add the remaining oil and lemon juice to it.

Now store this pickle in an airtight container and keep it in the sun for 5-6 hours.

A tasty and healthy pickle of green chilies is ready. Eat it with rice, roti, or paratha.
