  • Beta-carotene is found in carrots. It helps in keeping the skin healthy.
  • Vitamin C is found in beetroot. It helps in purifying and detoxifying the blood.
  • Coriander leaves are rich in antioxidants. It works to fight free radicals that damage the skin.
  • Ginger reduces inflammation. This also makes the complexion healthy.
  • Curcumin is found in turmeric. These help in reducing skin inflammation and promoting even skin tone.
