  • Eating beans can increase the problem of bloating because they are high in fibre and contain oligosaccharides, which can be difficult for the body to break down.
  • Carbonated drinks contain high amounts of carbon dioxide. When you drink any of these drinks, you swallow a large amount of this gas which can become trapped in your stomach and increase abdominal pressure. This can lead to convenient bloating and burping.
  • If you have the problem of bloating then you should not consume vegetables like kale, broccoli and cabbage. It is a cruciferous vegetable. These contain raffinose, a sugar that produces gas and makes your stomach bloat.
  • Onion is one of the main dietary sources of fructose. It is the soluble fibres that can cause bloating. Like onions, garlic contains fructose, which can also cause bloating.
  • Eating raw vegetables is beneficial, but it can also create gas in your stomach. Because it contains a lot of fibre and consuming too much fibre can cause bloating and gas problems.

How to get rid of bloating
