Ingredients to make Fruit Salad
2 bananas
2 chiku
1 cup watermelon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup melon
3 tbsp honey
2 pinch black salt
2 apples
2 kiwi
1 cup strawberries
6 mint leaves
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
How to make Mixed Fruit Salad
Step 1- Prepare the Fruit
Peel and cut the fruits as per your requirement. You can either cut them into small cubes or scoop out round balls to give a fancy presentation to the salad.
Step 2- Prepare the Dressing
Add olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and chaat masala in a bowl. To prepare a dressing, mash well with a fork.
Step 3- Ready to serve
Collect all the fruits in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Give a good mix and garnish with mint leaves. Your delicious Mixed Fruit Salad is ready to be served.
