In India, the trend of online trading has increased in the last few years. The main reason for this is that many broker apps have come into the market, which has made trading easier, but in the meantime, cyber thugs are also taking advantage of this. Cyber thugs are launching new fake apps every day and making people their victims.
Now the government cyber agency Cyberdost has warned about two fake trading apps. The agency has issued an alert regarding KOTAKAVE and KOTAKZER apps and has said that stay away from these two apps.
These apps have unauthorizedly used the logo of Kotak Mahindra Bank. According to the agency, installing this app can cause you financial loss. So if this app is also installed on your phone, then delete it immediately.
However, this is not the first time that Cyberdost has warned about a fake trading app. Even before this, the agency has issued alerts regarding many apps.
Just a few days ago, Cyberdost said about https://wells-stocks.com and https://globalindia-a24.pages.dev that people should stay away from these two websites and should not invest money in the stock market through these sites at any cost.
Cyberdost has said that both these websites are fake because the Reserve Bank of India has not given permission to them. These websites are taking those people in their trap who are interested in investing money in the stock market.
