* Ingredients needed to make Makhana Kadhi:

1. Makhane - 2 cups

2. Curd - 2 cups

3. Rajgira or Kuttu flour - 1 cup

4. Green chili - 1

5. Cumin - 1/4 tsp

6. Black pepper - 5 -6 grains

7. Rock salt - As required

8. Ghee or oil - as required

9. Water - as required

* Easy recipe to make Makhana Kadhi:

1. To make Makhana Kadhi, you first put Rajgira or Kuttu flour in a bowl, add rock salt and make a slurry by adding water.

2. After this, put ghee or oil used in fasting in a pan and roast it well by adding Makhane. Take them out after roasting.

3. Now put some ghee in the same pan and prepare a tempering of cumin, green chilies, and black pepper.

4. After this add curd and Rajgira mixture to the pan and cook it well for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Now when your slurry is cooked well, put roasted Makhana in it and turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander.
