* Ingredients required to make Soya Pan Cake:
1. Soya chunks - 1/4 cup
2. Curd - 1/4 cup
3. Green chili - 2
4. Gram flour - 3 tbsp
5. Garlic cloves - 2
6. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
7. Ginger piece - half inch
8. Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons
9. Cabbage grated
10. Coriander leaves
11. Carrot grated
12. Carom seeds - two pinches
13. Onion finely chopped
14. Salt as per taste

* Easy Soya Pan Cake Recipe:
1. To make soya pancake, first of all, soak and puff up soya chunks.
2. After this, put soya chunks, curd, green chilies, ginger, and garlic in a mixer jar and grind them well.
3. Now take all the finely chopped and grated vegetables in a bowl.
4. After this, mix the mixture of soya chunks in it, add gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, celery, garam masala, and coriander leaves.
5. Now add white sesame seeds in it.
6. Mix all these things well. Make a thick batter by adding a little water if required.
7. Now heat the pan on the gas.
8. After this, when it becomes hot, add oil and spread a little by taking the mixture in a spoon.
9. Now you can make two to three pancakes on a griddle. 10. Keep it very thin and cook on low flame till it becomes golden.
11. Now serve it hot with green chutney or ketchup.
