Ingredients needed to make Arbi ki Katli:
1. Arbi - 250 grams
2. Tomato (chopped) - 1
3. Onion (chopped) - 1
4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
5. Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Dry red chili (a paste made) - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
8. Chopped coriander leaves (for garnishing) - 2 tsp
9. Salt - 1 tsp
10. Desi ghee - 2-3 tsp
* Easy recipe to make Arbi ki Katli:
1. To make arbi ki katli, first, peel the arbi, cut it into round pieces, and wash it.
2. After this you turn on the gas and put a cooker on it and add desi ghee.
3. Now add cumin, onion, and tomato and fry till it turns pink, but keep in mind that your onion should not burn.
4. After this, put chopped colocasia in it and fry it on low flame for about 10 minutes.
