* Ingredients needed to make Amchoor Chutney:

1. Dry mango powder - 1/4 cup

2. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

3. Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp

4. Black salt - 1/4 tsp

5. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

6. Watermelon Seeds - 1 tablespoon

7. Jaggery - 1/4 cup

8. White salt - as per taste

9. Water as required

* Method to make Amchoor Chutney:

1. To make Amchoor Chutney, first of all, take a bowl.

2. After this add dry mango powder, red chili powder, black salt, and white salt as per taste.

3. Now mix them well and take a cup of water.

4. After this, add water slowly to the mixture and prepare the solution by mixing it with the help of a spoon.

5. Now put jaggery and water in a pan and keep it on medium flame.

6. After this, when the jaggery melts, add the prepared mixture of dry mango powder to it and mix.

7. Now when the solution comes to a boil, add roasted cumin powder and crushed fennel seeds to it.

8. After this mix it and boil the chutney for about 3 to 4 minutes.

9. Now when the chutney becomes thick after cooking, add watermelon seeds to it and mix.

10. In this way your tasty mango chutney is ready.
