* Ingredients needed to make puffed rice idli:
1. Puffed rice - 3 cups
2. Semolina - 1 cup
3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
4. Eno - 1 tsp
5. Curd - 1 cup
6. Green chilies - 2
7. Ginger - ½ inch
8. Red chili powder - 1 spoon
9. Oil - 2 spoon
10. Salt - as per taste

* Easy recipe for puffed rice idli:
1. To make puffed rice idli, first take puffed rice in a vessel.
2. After this, prepare a paste by mixing semolina, water, and salt in it.
3. Now add 1 cup of curd to it and keep it aside for about 15 minutes.
4. After this, keep the idli stand for heating.
5. Now chop green chilies and ginger and mix them in the batter.
6. After this, pour the batter into the idli mold and steam it on low flame for about 15 minutes.
7. Now heat oil in a pan for tempering.
8. After that add mustard seeds and let it crackle well.
9. Now add red chili powder to it and fry the idli.
10. In this way your delicious Puffed Rice Idli is ready.
