* Ingredients needed to make brinjal fritters:

1. Brinjal cleanly washed - 5 to 6 pieces

2. Gram flour

3. Turmeric, garam masala

4. Red chili

5. Vegetable masala

6. Salt

* Easy recipe for making brinjal fritters:

1. To make brinjal fritters, first of all, take 3 cups of gram flour in a pan. Then add little water to it and whisk it well.

2. After making a thick paste of gram flour, add salt according to taste. Then add some turmeric and garam masala.

3. Now wash all the brinjals cleanly with water. After that cut it into long pieces one by one.

4. After this, add chopped red chili, cumin, and coriander powder to the gram flour paste. If you want, add some grated ginger too.

5. Now put oil in a pan for frying the pakoras and heat it on the gas.

6. After this, wrap each brinjal piece in gram flour and put it in the pan.

7. Now fry them well on low flame.

8. After this, fry it till it becomes light golden, and then take it out on a plate.

9. Now enjoy the brinjal pakodas with green coriander chutney.
