* Ingredients to make Garlic Lachha Paratha:
1. Flour - 2 cups
2. Garlic cloves - 10
3. Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
4. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Green chilies (chopped) - 3
6. Desi ghee - 3 tsp
7. Salt - as per taste
8 Butter - 1 tsp

* Easy recipe to make Garlic Lachha Paratha:
1. To make Garlic Lachha Paratha, first of all, take garlic.
2. After this, peel about 10 garlic cloves and chop them finely.
3. Now put flour, finely chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon butter in a big bowl.
4. After this knead a soft dough by adding water as required.
5. Now keep this dough to set for about 10 minutes.
6. After this, make balls of flour and roll them well.
7. Now grease a non-stick griddle well with ghee.
8. After this, put the paratha on the griddle and bake it well from both sides.
9. In this way your garlic lachha paratha is ready.
