- To make this dish, first of all, paneer should be marinated. For this, take two tablespoons of curd, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and half a tablespoon of dal flour in a bowl. Add paneer pieces and mix well.

- Now put some butter in a pan. Put this cheese in it and fry it.

- Finely chop onion, cilantro, cucumber and cabbage in a bowl. You can add more or less vegetables as you like.

- Now take a nap. Make half a hole in the honeycomb. Now we want to put different materials in the four square parts of the beehive. Add flavored mayonnaise on one side and cheese on the other. Add vegetables in the third part and cheese slices in the fourth part. Start folding from where the beehive is cut. The fold will now look like it did when folded twice, and you will see four layers of the material you filled in.

- Now put ghee on top of this poli and fry it on tawa. It works even if you grill it in a sandwich maker.
