250 grams of Buckwheat flour
3-4 grams of boiled potatoes
1 teaspoon rock salt
ghee for frying
for dry flour
water to knead the dough

Method :
First of all mash the boiled potatoes well.

Now knead a tight dough by mixing buckwheat flour, potato, and salt.

Now cover this dough and leave it for about 30 minutes.

After this break small balls of dough and make them into a round shape.

Now roll the puris one by one from this dough.

Heat ghee in a pan and then fry the prepared puris one by one.

Fry it well till it turns dark brown and take it out on tissue paper.

Hot potato kuttu puri is ready. Serve it with curd or chutney.
