- Black raisins 7-8
- Saffron threads – 2 to 3
- Water- half cup
How to prepare saffron water?
- Put all the ingredients in half a cup of water and leave it overnight.
- The colour of the water will change in the morning
- You drink this water 10 days before your period cycle.
